At melo.pk, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver only within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
- Orders placed after working hours or on Sunday are processed on the next working day
Delivery Time
Once your order is processed and shipped:
- Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days
- Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charges apply at checkout
- Free shipping is available on orders above PKR 2999
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order is shipped
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via:
- SMS
- Our tracking page (if available)
You can use these details to track your order in real time.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders:
- All orders are verified via phone call before shipping
- If we are unable to confirm the order, it may be delayed or cancelled
- Please ensure your phone number is active and reachable
Delivery Delays
While we try our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
- Courier service issues
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- High order volume
- Unforeseen circumstances
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier companies.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We are not responsible for failed delivery
- Additional charges may apply for re-delivery
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order is lost in transit or not delivered:
- Please contact us immediately
- We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue
