Return Eligibility
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The product must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
- An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damaged, defective, missing, or wrong items
Returns requested without an unboxing video for damaged/wrong item claims may not be approved.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Used products
- Items damaged after delivery
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards (if applicable)

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Return Shipping
- If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by Melo.pk
- For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is damaged or defective
- The wrong product was delivered
- The item is unused and in original packaging
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the order type and payment method used
Please note that it may take additional time for banks or payment providers to process the refund.
