4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! melo.pk offers free shipping on orders above PKR 2999 anywhere in Pakistan.

For orders below PKR 2999, a flat delivery charge of PKR 280 will be applied at checkout.

5. How long does delivery take?

At melo.pk, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible.

Once your order is confirmed and processed, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days across Pakistan.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer
  • Unexpected courier delays or weather conditions can occasionally affect delivery timelines

6. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, order cancellation is possible, but it depends on the status of your order. If your order has not been processed, packed, or shipped yet, you may request a cancellation.

To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible through melo.pk and provide your order number and relevant details. Our team will review your request and confirm whether the cancellation can be processed.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, in such cases, you may still be eligible for a return or exchange according to our return and refund policy.

7. What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the product is unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging intact.

If the product is received in a damaged condition or is the wrong item sent from our side, then melo.pk will bear the return shipping/delivery charges, and we will ensure a smooth replacement or refund process.

However, if the return is requested due to personal preference or any other reason not related to a fault from our side, then the customer will be responsible for the return shipping/delivery charges.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team via melo.pk with your order details. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return process.

8. Who pays the return shipping charges?

  • If the item is damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost
  • For other return reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping charges
